Senior Account Manager, Singapore

This role will be responsible for building and servicing Axinan’s clients' accounts across the Asia Pacific region.

What will you do?

  • Own, build and manage new and existing client accounts and relationships.

  • Be an expert on Axinan’s product offerings to address and manage clients’ queries and needs.

  • Ensure existing products meet clients’ expectations and provide pre/post-launch support.

  • Liaise with clients on Axinan’s new product offerings and ensure smooth product launches.

  • Work closely with internal departments - Finance, Insurance, Technology, Product and Operations to troubleshoot client issues.

  • Provide solutions/ feedback timely and appropriately.

What should you have?

  • Min. 3 to 5 years in account management/ business development, preferably in high growth environments.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts under tight project timelines.

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - in English and Mandarin Chinese, as the incumbent may be liaising with Chinese-speaking clients.

  • Applicants with similar experience from e-commerce/ tech-fields preferred.

  • Bachelors/ Masters Degree in appropriate studies preferred.
