Senior Account Manager, Singapore

This role will be responsible for building and servicing Axinan’s clients' accounts across the Asia Pacific region.
What will you do?
Own, build and manage new and existing client accounts and relationships.
Be an expert on Axinan’s product offerings to address and manage clients’ queries and needs.
Ensure existing products meet clients’ expectations and provide pre/post-launch support.
Liaise with clients on Axinan’s new product offerings and ensure smooth product launches.
Work closely with internal departments - Finance, Insurance, Technology, Product and Operations to troubleshoot client issues.
Provide solutions/ feedback timely and appropriately.
What should you have?
Min. 3 to 5 years in account management/ business development, preferably in high growth environments.
Ability to manage multiple accounts under tight project timelines.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - in English and Mandarin Chinese, as the incumbent may be liaising with Chinese-speaking clients.
Applicants with similar experience from e-commerce/ tech-fields preferred.
Bachelors/ Masters Degree in appropriate studies preferred.
